Obituary of Wanda Labelle Robinson

Wanda Labelle Robinson passed away at Alexandra Marine & General Hospital in Goderich on June 18 2023 at the age of 92.  Predeceased by her husband Jack Robinson and son Stephen Robinson.  Survived by children David Robinson (Concepcion), Diane Chalmers(Ronald), Denise Robinson(Manny), Murray Robinson(Tammy).  Survived by grandchildren Corinne, Stephanie, Jacob(Justin), Mitchell(Alexa) and Thomas(Natsumi). Survived by great grandchildren Jack and Lachlan. Survived by sister Betty Ann Mackinnon(Donald).  Predeceased by brothers Laurie, Murray and Donald.

Wanda was a very active member of Kirkton Community being a leader of Girl Guides, member of Quilters’ Guild and Women’s Institute and living in Kirkton for 53 years. She spent 20 years at Meneset Adult Community and will be missed by her neighbours Ev, Doreen, Joe and Sue.  She was a talented artist and enjoyed gardening.  Private Cremation to take place with family burial in Kirkton Union Cemetery.

The family would like to thank the staff of Harbour Hills Retirement Home in Goderich for taking care of her the last few months and would also like to thank the staff and in particular Dr. TL Nicolae for taking care of Wanda at Alexandra Marine & General Hospital in Goderich.
