Obituary of Marian Helen Tucker

Marian Helen Tucker (nee March), longtime resident of St. Marys and Lakeside, passed away at St. Marys Memorial Hospital on May 20, 2023 at the age of 90.

Beloved wife of the late Ernie Tucker (2009). Mother of Stephen Tucker and Laurie of St. Marys, Jeff Tucker and Betty of London, and Michael Tucker and Loesje of St. Marys. Proud grandmother of Ashley (Justin), Evan (Angie), Melissa, Thalina and great-grandmother of Ayden and Hunter.  Sister of Jack March (Jackie, deceased), Ann Cesarek (Jerry, deceased) and Joan Brogden (Mike).

Marian was happiest when her family was around, and enjoyed gardening, travel and the outdoors. She was creative and artistic, loved her stained glass and knitting.  She was a member of St. James Anglican Church and involved in several projects to help those in need.  Her positive outlook on life was inspirational and contagious.  She had a kind and genuine heart. 

We would like to thank all of those who cared for her, came to her home and reached out to her, especially over the last few years.  A special thanks to the Doctors, Nurses and staff at St. Marys Memorial Hospital.

Cremation has taken place with a private family gathering at a later date.
