Dear Tony and Carmen and Rosemary: I remember both of your parents -- Pedro and Leonor -- for the warmth and welcome they conveyed to visitors in your home, without regard to status or age. This was remarkable to me, as a young boy, because most other parents seemed to "tolerate" their children's friends at best. This made your parents different, and admirable, and wonderful! You were fortunate to have grown up in such a loving home and I extend my condolences to all three of you in this time of loss. -- George (Sibley)
