Obituary of Wayne Gill Hoare

OPP Senior Constable Wayne Gill Hoare, was called to be with his Saviour and Lord, Jesus Christ, on June 18^th, 2022, in his 81^st year.

Wayne married the love of his life, Paula McMurray on July 2, 1976. Father of Lisa Dalton (John), Lanny (Jay), and Callie, and Grandfather of Laura and Elizabeth Dalton. Wayne is predeceased by his mother and father, Helen and Clifford Hoare, his brother Gary Hoare, and his in-laws, Harry and Doreen McMurray.

Wayne was a very proud officer with the Ontario Provincial Police, serving for many years. He loved his family, enjoyed many trips and was an avid fisherman. He was a lifetime member of the St. James Masonic Lodge No. 73, and was privileged to serve as Master Mason.

Cremation to take place, with a Celebration of Life Service to be held at the St. MARYS PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 147 Widder St E, St. Marys, on June 28^th, 2022 at 2pm.

Visitation will be on June 27^th, 2022, from 7 pm – 9 pm at the St. Marys Presbyterian Church and also 1 hour prior to the service. A Masonic Service will take place on the evening of June 27^th, 2022.
