Obituary of James Maxwell Roxburgh
It is with much sadness the family of Jim (James Maxwell) Roxburgh announces the death of a much loved husband, father and grandfather on Monday, May 30, 2022 after a strong battle with multiple myeloma in his long enjoyed home in the Lakeside area.
He leaves behind to mourn his passing his wife Anne, children Jamie & Carrie, and their children Max, Kaeleigh & Liam; Renita & Joe, and their children Dominic, Basil, Vincent, Sebastian, Danica & Jerome; Andrew & Kathryn and their son Alex; Stuart & Sara and their children Caleb, Tate & Cameron. Jim also leaves behind his much loved sister Nancy Stephenson (pre-deceased by brother-in-law Robert Stephenson), and sisters & brothers-in-law Linda & Ron and Mary Lou & Louis, many loved and loving nieces & nephews, cousins and their families.
Jim taught science with much enjoyment for 31 years with the London District Public School Board and farmed peaches, asparagus and rotating crops on a small operation for 30 years.
The visitation at the Andrew L. Hodges Funeral Home, 47 Wellington St S., St. Marys, ON on Friday, June 10 from 6 - 9 pm and the following day 11:45 - 12:45 pm at ST. PETER'S BASILICA, 196 Dufferin Ave, London, ON, followed by a Funeral Mass at 1pm.
