Our sincere condolences to the Poel family on the loss of your mom. Nel was a dear friend to mom and dad, rarely missing the chance to visit and celebrate birthdays among friends. Mom was always sure to make a special batch of rice Krispie squares just for Nel. Tante Nel, as we called her, was like a dear aunt to us - always interested in what us girls were up to. In Holland leven we mee met onze neven Poel die hun moeder moeten missen. Ze was lief, zorgzaam en betrokken. Haar hart en huis stonden altijd open voor de Poel familie uit Holland. Our deepest sympathies to the Poel family. Nellie was a great god mother and friend to us. Never judged, always accepted. She was a great conversationalist and an incredible person.
