Obituary of Kevin Harold Heimpel

Kevin Harold Heimpel. Aged 69, passed away peacefully on February 28, 2022.

The son of the late George and Isabel Heimpel.

Lovingly remembered by the love of his life Janice Heimpel. Stepson Tony Glitz and his wife Anita Kwan, grandchildren Keiden Glitz and Bailey Heffernan. Daughter in-law Karen Glitz, grandchildren Justin Rose and Jasmine Rose, pre-deceased by stepson Sean Glitz.

Kevin was the middle child of seven Heimpel siblings, Ken (Joyce), Keith (Sandy), Karen (Ron Malcho), Kathy (Bill Robertson), Kirsten (Fred Unterhauer), Kim (Doug Brander).

On Janice’s family side he will remembered by Roberta Harrup, Greg Harrup (Susan), Peter Harrup, Brett Harrup (Sheryl), in addition to the many nieces, nephews and cousins throughout both families.

There was never a time Kevin did not have a fishing rod close by to go wherever and whenever the call came to get out on the water. Kevin at home was never without his dog Sophie by his side.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
