Lorne & Nancy Eedy posted a condolence
Mark, although a quiet gentleman, could show his friends, neighbours, community and the world what it is like to be a great volunteer. How? Mark just went about his business as a volunteer with humility, thoroughness and self-satisfaction always a job well-done with a smile. My position as Chair of the Induction for the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame for a dozen years gave me an up close look at Mark and his work. Always a job well done, with a smile. Mark went about his little ways quietly, a key hole on the big picture. If our community had more volunteers as dedicated as this man, it will be a better world. Stand proud Shirley and family. Lorne & Nancy Eedy
