Obituary of Daniel William John Dick

Dan passed away peacefully at St. Marys Memorial Hospital with family by his side on April 4, 2019 at the age of 56, following a two year battle with Cancer. Husband of Linda (Bradshaw) in their 34th year of marriage. Father of Kyle and Payton and Brett and Brooke. Dan also leaves behind his only Granddaughter Blayke. Dan leaves behind his parents Jack and Mary Ann Dick, brother Randy Dick and Niece and Nephews: Mason, Haylee, and Tanner. Son-in-law of Barbara and Don (deceased) Rigney. Brother-in-law of Mary Lou and John McCarthy, Donna and Steve Mcrae, Sandy and Rick Fifield and Janice and Scott Ball. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Dan had a love for cars and was well known in the tire industry as the owner of Ashton Tire from 1987 to 2011. He was also an active member of the St. Marys Golf and Country Club and The Army and Navy Airforce Br. 263. Family and friends are invited to the ST. MARYS GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, 769 Queen St. E. St. Marys, on Saturday April 13, 2019 for an Open House Celebration of Life from 2 – 5 p.m. with Words of Remembrance at 3 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Marys Health Care Foundation, The Stratford Perth Rotary Hospice or the Canadian Cancer Society.
