Obituary of Beverley Ann Slater

Beverley Ann Slater (McCoubrey), of Uniondale, passed away at Stratford General Hospital while walking on October 21, 2019 at the age of 81.Wife of Allan Slater, married for 57 years. Mother of Ann Slater (Ken Irwin), Bill Slater (Shehnaz Ali), Sarah Slater (Grant Robertson), Stew Slater (Mari Veliz). Grandmother of Rachel, Rasheeda, Liam, Sophia, Moira, Sean and Jude. Sister of Marilyn Carnegie (Frank), Jack McCoubrey (Janet), Jim McCoubrey (Deborah) and missed by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Noreen and Ray.A private family burial service will take place at Lakeside on the Hill Cemetery. A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted in the Community Hall at the St. Marys Pyramid Centre, 317 James St. S. St. Marys, on Nov. 15, 2019 at 11 a.m. with a reception following.Memorial donations to the Canadian Foodgrains Bank or the St. Marys and Area Home Support Services.
