Michelle and Dave Bull posted a condolence
Please accept our deepest condolences to the entire Collette family. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. Michelle and Dave Bull and family When I heard that you passed, so many memories came flooding back. One of my first memories of you was when you lived on Highland Trail. Dave and I would go to Jumbo Video (omg how old am I) and we would rent scary movies almost every weekend. I would lie on the floor and find a string attached to the curtain and at a scary part I would sit up and the curtain would move. You would jump up and scream. We had so much fun and laughs. I remember spending summers at the trailer and having so much fun. Dave and I loved spending time with you. I remember you dancing and doing the limbo and being life of the party. Everyone loved you. When we had Nicholas you and Freddy were so happy and proud to be Nana and Papa. Nicholas had such a special bond with you. You were the fun Nana and played so many games with him. Then came Mackenzie, I remember you spending many days with her and loving every minute. We now have adopted Emma and Stephanie and they would have loved your fun personality and free spirit. We also have Holly who has said that you would have been her Nana too. We definitely had our ups and downs but one thing never changed, we all loved you very much. Then Freddy passed away and for a few years you remained in our life and then as time went on we grew further and further apart. We can not change what happened but you will always hold a special place in our hearts and all the wonderful memories that we have. You are now reunited with all of your loved ones and can live in eternal peace. Say hi to Freddy for us.

When I think about Aunt Marlene i want to remember the good days, like sitting at Nanas after church and her playing her records and singing away to them. Going to watch Uncle Mikes hockey games, New Years Eve because we all knew at midnight she would cry for no reason at all, the day she got her licence and the last years because she was so happy. She is missed and loved very much.
