Obituary of Marion Victoria Webb

Marion Victoria Webb (Hopson), formerly of RR 3 Thorndale, passed away peacefully at Wildwood Care Centre, St. Marys, Ontario, on January 16, 2019 in her 96th year.Beloved wife of the late Orville Webb (2002). Loving mother of Marie (Jim) London, Glen (Henrietta) Embro, Floyd (Jill) and Gerald (Helen) both of Thorndale. Proud Grandmother of Ken (Barb) Levy, Karen (Mark) Mace, Kim (Kirk) Shanklin (Randy, deceased), Walter (Jennifer) Webb, Sheila Thorne, Janice (Reuben) Costa, Michael (Nycki) Webb, Brenda (Dave) Webb, 16 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.Predeceased by her dear daughter Norma and her husband John Levy, son-in-law Gary Vowel, infant grandson, her parents Albert and Matilda (Tillie) Hopson and Walter and Margaret Webb and brothers Nelson, Grant and Murray.The family would like to thank the staff at Wildwood Care Centre for their professional and caring support to Marion and also the compassion and kindness to the family over the last four years.On Friday, January 25, 2019 a Private Family Funeral will take place at the Andrew L. Hodges Funeral Home, 47 Wellington St. South, St. Marys (519-284-2820) with Bob Heywood officiating. Spring burial in Robins Hill Cemetery.Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to Crohn's and Colitis Canada or to a charity of choice.
