I first met Hazel when she volunteered for Sheila Martindale at Orchestra London, and we have kept in touch over the years. We continued to meet for coffee every few months until about a year ago. She was always so proud of her family and their achievements. I will miss her quiet personality - may she rest in peace. My sympathies are with you all. Susan Merskey

Hazel volunteered for me at Orchestra London in the 1990s. She was great - a good typist and willing to do anything. I always enjoyed her quiet efficiency. We kept in touch, meeting for coffee and exchanging Christmas cards. I will miss her - rest in peace, dear friend. Sheila Martindale
