Obituary of Shirley Logan

Shirley Logan (Burch), of Lakeside, passed away at St. Marys Memorial Hospital on September 12, 2017 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Glen Logan (2005). Mother of Donald, Darrell (Vickie), Marie Bachner, Gary (deceased), and Rosemary Wayner (Brian). Grandmother of Robynne, David (Sara), Andrew (Jamie), Shawn, Devon, Shea, Josh (Danny) and also survived by eight great-grandchildren. Life member of the Kintore UCW, member of the Lakeside Women’s Institute, volunteer for the Canadian Cancer Society for 35 years, faithful member of Chalmers United Church in Kintore teaching Sunday school for many years.Visitation at the Andrew L. Hodges Funeral Home 47 Wellington St. S., St. Marys, (519-284-2820) on Thursday from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday, September 15, 2017 at 11 a.m. Interment in Kintore Presbyterian Cemetery. Reception to follow at Chalmers United Church (842989 Rd. 84 in Kintore).Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Chalmers United Church in Kintore.
