Inga was a lovely, gentle soul. I first met her in about 2011 when she expressed interest in the work of The Couchiching Conservancy. She loved the Alvar habitat we protected in Carden because it reminded her of places from her childhood in Sweden, one of the few countries in the world containing alvar habitat. We had many lovely conversations over the years and she did a great deal to support the work of our organization to protect these precious habitats, even after leaving the Orillia area.
