Obituary of Jane Elizabeth White

Jane Elizabeth White 1939-2021 Peacefully, on Saturday January 23rd 2021, Jane White (nee Courtnage) in St. Marys. Survived by her loving husband Ron, and children Tim and Lorraine (Calgary), Peter and Michelle (London), Jan (Milverton) and Daughter-in-law Vivien (London) . Predeceased by her son Andy in 2016. Sadly missed by her granddaughters, Emily Cook, Charlotte White and Samantha White. Also missed by the Courtnage family, Dorothy (Harrington) , David and Lisa, Chris and Wayne and Don and Gayle all of St.Marys. Predeceased by her brother Ted Courtnage in 2004. Also missed by the Spence Family, Wilma (Toronto), Rob and Gaye (Richmond Hill), Ken and Lori (Montreal) and Joanne and Rick (Toronto) and the White family, Bob and Therese (Windsor) and Libby and Keith (Innerkip).The family would like to thank all of the caregivers who provided outstanding care during the past month including Dr. Malthaner, Dr. Laba and Dr. Thomas, and all of the staff at the LHSC and the London Regional Cancer Clinic.Jane was a strong community supporter and served in many roles over the years including Town Councillor 82-85, Chair of the Founding Committee for the St.Marys Friendship Centre and many other community roles including PARQ and Homecoming committees.She has been cremated and due to current restrictions, a Celebration of Life will be held later in the year.In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the St. Marys Healthcare l Foundation or London Regional Cancer Centre (LHSC).
